Josephine considers herself a great judge of character... or is she? Watch and find out. Thanksgiving is this week! One of my favorite holidays of all. Take this time to give thanks to the ones you love... But first, make certain that you love them for all of the right reasons; a lesson Josephine never learned. Underneath the video, I have included my very own recipe for green bean casserole. I doctor things up a bit. I hope you like it! Rockwell's Extra Special Green Bean Casserole
1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 grated parmesean cheese 1 can French cut green beans 1 cup French's fried onions 1 garlic clove, chopped 1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning Combine soup and cream, blend well. Add parmesean. Fold in green beans and crushed garlic. Top with mixture of fried onions, Corn Flakes, and poultry seasoning. Place in oven on 375 for 30 minutes. Well... A lot has changed since my last post. I am now a resident of Branson, MO, for starters. And, earlier today, I competed in a part of the Five Star Talent Competition, presented by Dynacom. I didn't win, but that's okay. I did make the top 10, however. Here is my performance from the finale. Enjoy! |
