RATED G As of yesterday, the world lost a legend. This is my video tribute to her featuring Josephine. Rest in peace, Miss Lansbury! RATED PG Autumn is on it's way! A time for pumpkin spice and everything nice... And Josephine's biggest vice... The holidays are finally here! We all have our own treasured traditions, some of which change as we get older. 2020 has been a rough year for all of us, which is why we need to stay strong and not let the little things bring us down... Now if only Josephine could understand that as well... *sigh* But nonetheless, HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ONE AND ALL! 🎄🎁❄️ ⛄🔔 The truth is, I do get a huge kick out of those scary logos at the beginning of movies from when I was a kid. There's something pleasantly nostalgic about it all. Remember the giant V of Doom logo at the beginning of 80's Viacom flicks? That one certainly scared me. It's just a simple animation and a chilling sound. Since my goal as a performer is to create nostalgia, I wish to keep that tradition alive by presenting my own logo at the beginning of my future videos. I also designed a new watermark in the corner. But what does Josephine have to say about this? Watch and you'll see! Josephine has finally settled for true love... or HAS she? Watch and find out! October is finally here and I am starting it off right. Tonight was a great night. A haunting full moon is present in the night sky and I decided to go all out and prepare a rib-eye steak with yellow squash and zucchini (pictured right). It was washed down with a glass of white wine. I bought the steak when I was out orchard-binging the other night. It looked great, so I thought "why not?" Nothing wrong with splurging from time to time. Especially since we're limited on our outings during this pandemic. I also thought it would be fun to dress up a little for my nice dinner to myself. I have new clothes and earrings, might as well use them. But what does the Dame herself have to say about all of this... See the video below and you'll find out! I do have a back story behind my main character, Josephine Hector. She is heavily influenced by my idol, the one and only: Tim Curry. Her voice is inspired by a multitude of characters he has played over the years. Here's another fun little fact: Josephine's last name "Hector" is after Tim's character, Mr. Hector, in Home Alone 2: Lost In New York. Please enjoy a little video I put together of how Tim has inspired me as a performer. I hope you like it! |
