RATED R Wasn't "Ship Shipping" the original title of "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba? Nah, but it's a tricky thing to say without moving your mouth. Just ask Cybil ;) It's a beautiful day to go shopping... So says Cybil! EDIT: Weebly no longer connects through Facebook, so the "like" button is not working properly. Cybil's not going to have a sweetheart this coming Valentine's Day, but then again, neither am I. Watch and see what has happened with Cybil's love life since Roger left her. No, it's not Christmas yet. But for some people, the season isn't coming soon enough. This includes Miss Cybil. See what she has in store for the upcoming season! She's back from her WV trip, but what has gotten into her? Watch to find out! WARNING: ADULT CONTENT The autumnal equinox has arrived and it will soon be one of my favorite holidays: Halloween. But not everybody loves a crisp fall night surrounded by jack-o-lanterns, bats, and a full moon. Some people would rather not acknowledge it at all. One of them being Cybil. Why does she despise the season so much? Watch and you'll see! WARNING: ADULT CONTENT Admit it, screwdriver hangovers are the worst. WARNING: ADULT CONTENT Along with regular posts about vent, I will also include episodes of my own little online series I call "Cybil's Memory Box" exclusively for this site. As you already know, Josephine is inspired by Tim Curry. Cybil, however, is inspired by Phyllis Diller. She was constructed by my good friend and a talented puppet builder, Charles Prouty. Now, here is how I have built up Cybil's character: she is a spinster who.... we'll just say... has a way of getting around. She often frequents convenient stores, thrift stores, and drug stores as a means of meeting people. She claims to be an advocate for "antiquing" when it's really just hoarding useless items around the house. Sometimes she wraps these items up as gifts for her family. She certainly has an exceptional medication collection, no doubt. She's the RX Queen after all. But where does the Phyllis inspiration come from? Cybil is an aspiring "comedienne." On Friday Nights, she makes visits to a local bar called "Flunky's" for open mic nights. She rarely has her own material and borrows mostly from Madame Diller herself. Whenever asked about the similarities, she denies even knowing who Phyllis is. She also presents a similar physical aesthetic: tacky costumes, wild hair, an enlarged nose, and eyebrows that point upward.
